Over the years Devon has managed to become an integral part of several groups of super heroes. These organizations are known as super groups and pretty much come about when a threat presents itself that is too great for any one hero to tackle.

With villain groups popping up all over the place and threats of intergalactic invasion still looming over the horizon, a tactical response team known as Premiere Justice was formed by the government in order to deal with such threats. Unfortunately they were unable to garner any support from major heroes so they decided to make their own. The original Premiere Justice team consisted of Rush Hour, Pinpoint and a handful of other highly trained government operatives. However when the Tarox decided to renew their invasion of Earth most of the members of this team were killed leaving only Rush Hour and Pinpoint remaining.
With the Tarox invasion still going strong and most of the major teams taken out, Pinpoint and Rush Hour seeked out whoever they could. In the process they came across the rookie hero; Hypernova 00 who was charged with defending the Earth from the Tarox, a mysterious vigilante known only as Chalk-Outline, the ebon-clad speedster; Blaque Stallion, America's Champion of Justice; American Patriot, the magical fire-wielding; Flaming Grace, and the stoic cryokinetic; Black-Ice. Together the eight heroes under the guidance of American Patriot formulated a strategy consisting of stealth, diversionary tactics, and hard hitting firepower.
A scientific genius, Pinpoint used her skill and some of Hypernova's alien tech to create a virus that would corrupt the Tarox's armor and technology. Blaque Stallion and Rush Hour were the only ones capable of delivering the device, but Blaque had not yet been trained in elements of stealth and subterfuge. Rush Hour however was initially created for that very purpose. So he along with Chalk-Outline and Pinpoint were all elected to deliver the virus. Hypernova, and American Patriot were the heavy hitters who could deal and take damage. So they were going to be the diversion while Chalk, Pinpoint and Rush made their way onto the mothership. Blaque Stallion, Flaming Grace and Black-Ice were charged with the responsibility of causing as much chaos with the enemy forces as they could. They finalized their strategies and then they were off.
Pinpoint using her ability to shrink herself and objects shrank herself and Chalk. The two then climbed into one of Rush Hour's pouches. Hypernova then created a hard light bridge leading to the mother ship. Rush Hour popped a speed pill and then sped off into the ship. Hypernova and American Patriot then drew the fire away from the infiltration team. Once Chalk, Pinpoint, and Rush were inside, AP and Hype went to work destroying the Tarox's ships.
On the ground Blaque Stallion was blitzing through the enemy troops and disrupting the machinery in their ground vehicles, Flaming Grace was melting their machinery, while Black-Ice was creating walls of ice to slow down the forces. Blaque was a little annoyed at being passed over in favor of Rush Hour but deep down he knew it was for the best Blaque had had more experience in situations like this. As it was Blaque, Grace and Black were keeping the enemies at bay. The only question was how long they could hold out before the enemies eventually overwhelmed them.
Inside the mother ship Rush Hour frantically searched for a terminal. After finding one Pinpoint and Chalk hopped out of his pouch and Pinpoint enlarged them to normal size once again. Pinpoint had a vague understanding of how their computers worked due to studying the wreckage and systems left over after the Tarox's last failed invasion. But she needed time to fully understand it before she could insert her virus. Time that was running out fast. Tarox Shock Troops were at the end of the hall and moving closer with each second. Rush Hour braced himself for combat and looked over to Chalk to make sure he was ready as well. Chalk however had disappeared. Faster than even Rush Hour could follow apparently. Rush silently cursed the man he now saw as a coward and continued to brace himself. As the Tarox moved through the door however a black and white figure materialized above them out of nowhere and dropped down taking them all down in a flurry of kicks and punches. He then looked over to his dumbstruck ally and nodded. Rush nodded back of course. Pinpoint finished inserting the virus just as Chalk had wrapped up the last of the Shock Troops. But there were countless more on the way and the three of them couldn't handle all of them.
Back outside as strong as they were, AP and Hype were losing it. The forces were advancing fast. Blaque Stallion, Black-Ice and Flaming Grace on the ground were experiencing the same. As fast as Blaque was blitzing and as fast as Black and Grace were burning and icing the forces kept coming. Blaque was getting tired as was Grace and Black was running out of moisture with the searing hot ray guns burning up the air. Eventually Blaque was tagged by one of the blasts. Black-Ice ran to his side and he covered the both of them in an ice cocoon while Grace fired a volley of flaming hot fired balls at the enemy. She too was then hit by an errant blast and knocked unconcious. Just then a bright white energy blast of light lit up the area. Hype and AP had seen the trouble and moved down to help them. Unfortunately now on the ground they were sitting ducks. The Tarox were moving in closer with each wave that the heroes knocked back. They had to do something drastic. AP looked at Hype and Hype looked back at AP. Both of them closed their eyes and focused. Destructive energy pulsed from both of them engulfing them and their enemies. The entire wave was knocked back and out. Hype had unleashed the power of his essence and AP the power of his and although the two had managed to knock back the enemy there were still more. Not only that after that show of strength they were both completely spent. The wave was drawing closer and the end was to soon be upon the interpid heroes.
Just as that final thought of defeat popped into their heads the alien's machinery suddenly started malfunctioning. Rifles and armor exploded in a chorus and victory. Pinpoint's virus had succeeded and the alien's technology was failing them. Victory was at hand but the heroes on the mothership still had to escape. And their weapons were malfunctioning on the ship as well they still had their battled honed skills and natural abilities. Chalk, Pinpoint and Rush were going to have to fight the battle of their lives to escape the ship. Rush, Pinpoint and Chalk braced themselves from combat once again and it was on. Pinpoint used her small size and speed to evade punches, energy blasts and blades thrown at her while fighting back using her "laser pointer" gauntlets she had developed as offensive weapons, while Rush rained down a flurry of punches on the villains desperately trying to find a way to the door. Chalk did what chalk does. Kick ass. A master of several forms of armed and unarmed combat he brought out his assault rifle and went to town on the villains. And while normally the Pinpoint would be a little angry about the killing they were fighting for their lives and there wasn't time to find alternative methods of taking them down. Eventually they made their way to an air lock. Pinpoint shrunk herself and Chalk back down and they prepared to jump into Rush Hour's pouch. Rush hour was moving though to get them out. That was when they looked up and saw where Rush's head used to be. In the second that he had been stationary to allow Pinpoint and Chalk to board his person he had been cut down. With tears welling up in her eyes, Pinpoint using the full power of her laser pointers to blast a hole in the side of the hole. She then shrunk Rush and his head down to miniature size. Chalk grabbed the body, Pinpoint grabbed him and the two flew out of the ship. A Tarox Shock Trooper had a bead on them however as the floated in the air trying to get further down. Just as the trooper readied his rifle a titanic explosion rocked the ship destroying it and sending our miniature heroes flying towards the Earth. Pinpoint looked down at Chalk and she saw the imprint of a smile in his mask. He had left them a little going away present.
Hype caught the three falling heroes with a cushion of hard light. They all landed and Pinpoint told them of the final fate of Rush Hour. The heroes were then greeted by a mob of grateful citizens. American Patriot told the public about the heroic sacrifice that Rush made and a memorial service was held two days later in Washington, D.C. for the fallen hero. A few days after the service the President of the United States urged the seven remaining heroes to step forward and accept his and the people's invitation to form a new Premiere Justice. Each of the heroes thought it over and finally decided that this was the best course of action. Hell if they had been a team from the start they maybe could have even prevented Rush Hour's sacrifice.
Thus Premiere Justice was born and the world would never be the same again. It would be better.

One can freeze you, one can hit you a thousand times before you blink, one can fry you and one can blind you. Alone they were formidable but together they were unstoppable. They were known as Teen Dynamite and they were formed almost by accident. When the super villain Omega Psi decided to move in on North River's criminal underworld he learned (through his vast telepathic mind) that his oldest son Devon had become the partner of the famous hero, Blaque Stallion, the protector of North River. Learning this he hatched a plan to eliminate Kid Colt and the man who had stolen his son. He tried to convince his younger son, Dederick to join up with him and turn against his brother. When this failed he brainwashed Dederick and used his vast resources to unlock Dederick's latent mutant ability to manipulate light and then amped them up to ridiculous levels. He then christened him Spectrum and sent him after Kid Colt with orders to destroy him.
Spectrum met up with Devon while he was studying for a test at the library and proceeded to try to blast the holy hell out of him. With his battle honed instincts Devon quickly dodged the blast whilst simultaneously changing into Kid Colt. He knew that he had to move the fight outside but before he could even act Spectrum sent out a pulse so bright it even overloaded the glare reducers in the Kid's visor and blinded Kid Colt. Spectrum then took the fight outside for him by blasting him with a solid light beam that sent Kid Colt careening through a nearby wall. Unable to see and therefore unable to run, Devon was at Spectrum's mercy. And Spectrum knowing this continued to hit our blind hero with just about everything. He finally wrapped Devon up in a harness made of hard light and he was prepared to deliver the killing blow when a snowball came flying through the air and landed in his face.
Spectrum's concentration had been broken and his hard light constructs disappeared. Spectrum wiped the slush away from his stinging face to see two new heroes had appeared. Blizzkid and Electrostatic Man(or EM for short). Shawn and Mike Daknis just happened to be studying in the library as well when Spectrum attacked Kid Colt. EM let loose with a blast of electricity which knocked Spectrum back with a vengeance while Blizzkid fired off a barrage of hardened ice balls, effectively giving Kid Colt time to recover. It was short-lived however as Spectrum let out a burst of hard light that knocked them all off of their feet. EM suggested they make a strategic retreat and get their bearings and before anyone could respond they were behind a sculpture of Thomas Edison courtesy of Kid Colt, the world's fastest kid. EM, Blizzkid, and Kid Colt quickly formulated a strategy and then went back into action just as a blast of laser light burned the head off of Edison. Blizzkid acted first summoning a hail storm on top of Spectrum. With Spectrum distracted and dealing with the storm, Kid Colt acted next and with a burst of speed he was running around Spectrum sucking his oxygen away with a whirlwind while simultaneously osbcuring his vision. Just as they expected Spectrum let out another pulse of light which blinded Kid Colt and sent him flying out of the battle but by then the damage was done. Kid Colt had distracted him long enough and as soon as he went flying EM let out a bolt of lightning that shocked the pants off of Spectrum. In fact it actually shocked his mind back to normal.
Dederick told his new allies what had happened and the heroes set out to find Omega Psi and make him pay for what he had done to Dederick. But when they arrived at the warehouse where Dederick had been brainwashed they found no sign of anything. Devon and Dederick vowed to find Omega Psi and then thanked Blizzkid and Electrostatic Man for their help. The four were about to leave when Blizzkid had a great idea. He called them all back and told them that he believed they could be a force to be reckoned with and that together they could help the older heroes keep the streets safe. They all introduced themselves to each other and Teen Dynamite was born. Why Teen Dynamite? Well Devin figured that they were dynamic together and they all thought Teen Dynamic would sound ridiculous so they took the next step and called themselves Teen Dynamite.
Teen Dynamite would operate on and off for many years until they would simply grow apart. Devin would witness the death of his mentor and be reborn as the third Blaque Stallion. Shawn would retire from the hero business altogether and become a rock star. Dederick and Mike would cast aside their old code names and become a duo known as Target and Cold Fusion working together until Dederick went into semi-retirement and went to school to become a teacher and Mike with Devon off in White Dynasty, and his brother and best friend doing other things, went to school as well.
While Teen Dynamite may be gone nothing is stopping them from coming back for one more go around. Of course only time will tell.

The current incarnation of White Dynasty as a benelovent super group dedicated to Truth, Justice, and the American way, is a far cry from what the group started out as. Originally formed by the bioelectricity wielding, Fritz, and the cryokinetic ice queen, Frozen Assets, the group started out as a crew known as the Jupiter Death Brigade. A team formed immediately after Frozen Assets quit her former group known as the Shadow Troopers for greener pastures (green with fame and fortune). The Jupiter Death Brigade however consisted of a number of individuals working together to line their pockets and as a byproduct helping others and like any team with no semblance of team work and only money on the mind they fell apart. So from the ashes of the Jupiter Death Brigade came White Dynasty...
Blaque Stallion III came into contact with White Dynasty one fateful day while speeding after one of his rogues, the mercenary known as Tripwire. Tripwire had failed at another assasination attempt on the Stallion and was trying to make his escape before Blaque locked him up yet again. Using his modified motorcycle (souped up by Blaque Jackal's scientists to move at insane speeds) he was weaving into oncoming traffic and doing other crazy manuevers in a vain attempt to try and shake the ebon-clad speedster. Blaque finally caught up with him just as they were both about to go flying off of a bridge. Just then they both stopped in mid-air. Out of nowhere Astral Boy appeared. A powerful telekinetic, Astral Boy had seen the chase and both of them go off of the bridge and caught them with his "tk" just as they were about to fall. After getting Tripwire underwraps and turned in to the authorities, Blaque first off let Astral Boy know that he had the situation under control and that he could have simply made a super speed cyclone to lower him and Tripwire safely to the ground. Then he began talking to Astral Boy about their powers and origins. They were having a great talk until Astral Boy got a summons from White Dynasty. Astral Boy had to fly but before he left he invited Blaque to join him on their mission. The Stallion was secretly thrilled as he had yet to find a group with the same comradery as Teen Dynamite and eagerly accepted the invite. That day he met up with Frozen Assets and a number of other White Dynasty members and together they beat down villain after villian. From Crey to Skyraiders no one was safe from them. At the end of that long day of crimefighting, White Dynasty came to Blaque with an offer. To join them and help defend the world from criminal scum and look good doing it. Blaque agreed and White Dynasty would never be the same again.
