In this reality after his girlfriend was brutally raped and killed, Devon became a darker Blaque Stallion. Casting off his former heroic costume and smile, Devon became a merciless vigilante who used his speed powers to murder and maim criminals in North River City. Constantly at odds with the law and other heroes as well, even the recently returned Ron Jackson and the semi-retired Curtis Powell both came up short in their quest to bring him in. In fact as a result of their efforts Curtis now has two broken legs and Ron is paralyzed.

Jacqui Powell and her police force pleaded time and time again for help with bringing in the Stallion but no one seemed to have the skill and the power. Devon simply mowed through the opposition as casually as snapping toothpicks or in this case limbs. Devon was finally taken down however when our Blaque Stallion came tumbling into this dimension and convinced this realities' Devon that taking justice into his hands was wrong. That Devon turned himself in but not before our reality's Devon saw what he could become when provoked. Our Blaque Stallion now constantly lives with the fear that he may someday turn into this Stallion, while that Blaque Stallion is serving a quadruple life-sentence.

In this reality after the discovery of superhumans the U.S. government began to deputize super-powered individuals and organize them into a military strike force. Some revolted and tried to stop them and some just went along for fear for their families' lives, some tried to disappear and live in obscurity. Devon Johnson discovered his super powers (this reality's Stallion was a mutant) a few months before and had been using his powers in secret to help others when he was found out. The government came to him with an offer. Fight with the government, earn a fat pay check and insure the safety of his family and others or become a fugitive. In lue of the threat and the fact that he was only a teenager who didn't know any better he registered and began fighting for the government with a specially constructed suit designed by chief government scientists in metahuman research, Ron Jackson, and Rebecca Charles. Ron and Rebecca also trained him in the use of his speed and monitored him when he was in combat.

Being one of the most charismatic and sociable of the government heroes he was extremely valuable to the success of the operation as he gave the public a face and voice that they could trust and put their faith in. Lately though more and more rebellions had been spiking up and he found himself feeling guiltier and guiltier about the manner in which they handled them. Often limbs were broken and faces were beaten as a result of their efforts to quell the rebellions. Devon began to have deep doubts about what he was doing. That was when our reality's Blaque Stallion tumbled through. He managed to convince this Earth's Devon that he was doing the wrong thing in hunting people who just wanted to live their lives in peace. Our Devon left soon after but the seed had been planted. This Earth's Devon started working with the underground resistance, ferreting messages and information back and forth to them. With the government's most charismatic hero now on the side of the rebels the civil war has officially begun. The battle still rages but with Blaque Stallion now on the side of the angels things are bound to change soon.

In this reality Devon's dad actually managed to stick around. But we find out that it may have been better if he had left. His father, a successful business tycoon and secretly Omega Psi, taught him to be ruthless in life and in business and never let anyone walk over him. To that end Devon set out to get paid and be the best at all cost. He fell into a bad crowd at school. A band of thieves that broke into homes and stole whatever they could.

Devon also never developed the close friendship he had with Ron Jackson. In fact while Ron as Blaque Stallion was held hostage by Dr. Freon, Devon and his buddies were breaking into his home. Searching around, Devon uncovered the secret stairway that led to Ron Jackson's lab. Looking around he flipped through some notes and jimmied open some locks and found the speed armor that Ron Jackson had been developing. Of course Devon jacked it and ran off with the rest of his buddies.

With Devon not there to help Ron out of his predicament, Ron was sucked dry of all his kinetic speed energy and then murdered at the hands of Freon. Freon then used the kinetic speed energy to experiment and create a super-speed super soldier. The only catch was the soldiers could only move at a fraction of Blaque Stallion's speed. Still a fraction was plenty. Freon then sold the process to Joe Luciano (crime boss of North River) and Joe created an army of super-speed soldiers that he used to take over North River City. Even the hero known as American Patriot, who stopped by to help the city after Blaque Stallion dropped off the radar, found himself overwhelmed by Luciano's legion of lightning. The city was now in possession of Joe Luciano.

After divying up the goods, Devon found himself with the armor and immediately put it on in an attempt to see what would happen. The rush he felt the instant he put on the armor was indescribable. He found himself racing at several times the speed of sound and he was loving every minute of it.  That is until the suit overheated and exploded throwing him into a coma. Devon would wake up several weeks later in a hospital bed with vague memories of the speed armor incident.

Devon was fine for a few weeks after that and even stopped hanging out with his thieving buddies. He was trying to go straight until a few bullets brought him back into the game. While Devon was playing the straight game and being good and keeping out of trouble his friends were mowed down by a rival gang. He was going to be next as the rival gang planned to murder him when he was walking home with his girlfriend from a movie.. Devon managed to miraculously dodge every bullet but his girlfriend was not so lucky. She died at the scene.

After the death of his friends and his girl Devon swore revenge on the rival gang and he would get it by using his new found super speed abilities. One by one he killed each member of the gang each in wildly different sick and twisted ways. When word got out what had happened to the gang and who had done it Joe Luciano put out word that he wanted to speak with Devon right away. While Devon thought that Joe wanted to kill him, Joe actually wanted to offer him a job as his premier hitman. With nothing left to live for, Devon took Joe's offer and began to operate exclusively as Joe's hitman. Devon had skill and speed that his other agents couldn't match and that made him a huge asset and a powerful adversary.

Devon soon became the world's best hitman. Whether slitting someone's throat at super speed or dropping poison in their glass before they drink, he was Luciano's most notorious and highest paid assassin. That is until Devon realized just how good he actually was. He broke the contract with Joe and Joe sent six of his best super speed assassins after Devon. He cut each one down like wheat and then hand delivered their heads onto Joe Luciano's porch, managing to bypass all his guards and security measures, and leaving a note that let Joe know that Devon was resigning. He then went into business for himself and remains the top hitman in the world, demanding a huge salary for what he does. While he may be expensive, he is still the best.

In this reality Devon recieved his powers the same way that Ron recieved his. Devon had become interested in science early on as a side effect of his obsession with super heroes and he had become a scientist at Omega Corp where he met lead researcher Ron Jackson. Ron and Devon hit it off well and Devon helped Ron fine tune many of his theories on teleportation involving kinetic speed energy. Unfortunately on the very first experiment with the teleporter device it malfunctioned and exploded killing Ron Jackson and ending all funding for the Quantum Teleportation project. Devon was reassigned to a new project and the teleportation project was announced closed.

On his new assignment Devon met a young woman named Rebecca Charles who had known and had a brief relationship with Ron. They both had a lot of respect for Ron and wanted to finish his project and his dream of creating a teleporter using his theories on teleportation and kinetic speed energy. Devon and Rebecca started working in secret on the project and began to reconstruct the machine piece by piece using Ron's blue prints.

Three months later Devon and Rebecca had finished working on the teleporter. Unbeknowst to them the entire time they were being watched by the man who secretly sabotaged Ron's project, Jacob Reinhold. Jake had been the golden child of Omega Corp for years before Ron Jackson had come aboard and when Ron came on he took Jake's title and his fame. Ron was years ahead of Jake in ideas and designs and Jake wouldn't stand for Ron taking his place. He also wasn't about to allow his rival's protege surpass him either. So he set out to sabotage Devon as well.

While Devon and Rebecca were taking a cream soda and coffee break, Jake snuck into the lab and set the machine on high just like he had done in our reality. When Devon came back to the machine he climbed inside. So anxious to try it out he neglected to check the power settings. When Rebecca hit the switch, electricity sizzled in the air and a flash of light signaled the deconstruction of Devon's atoms, but before they had a chance to recombinate the machine in another flash of intense energy exploded. Devon was surprisingly still intact and he was rushed to the hospital. In a week he was back on his feet but as a result of his secret experiment he and Rebecca were fired from Omega Corp.

A few months after the unfortunate accident at Omega and his subsequent firing Devon began to look for another job. His firing from Omega had in a sense black listed him from the scientific community. He couldn't find a job as a janitor in a research lab. So seeing that his prospects had run out in scientific research he began to pour himself into his other passion: Law Enforcement. Devon had always wanted to help others since the day he first picked up Blaque Stallion v1 #245 when he was in 4th Grade. Now he had an opportunity to finally follow that dream.

To that end he started training for the police academy. Which meant a good diet, daily exercise and jogging. On one such jog through North River, Devon came across a mugging in process. The mugger had taken the woman's purse and was getting away and Devon knew that he had to stop him. He called to the young man to stop but of course he wasn't going to so he started sprinting after him. Devon was closing in on him when suddenly he began to overtake him. A second later he was in the garment district. He had travelled 3 miles in a second. Being an avid fan of super heroes, Devon knew what had happened.

So Devon donned a costume and started fighting crime as the Blaque Stallion. A few months into his career though he noticed his body was changing. He looked noticeably older than he had a few months earlier but he finally chalked it off to the stress of fighting crime and his new job as a video sales clerk. A few months later after a particularly tough battle he noticed it even more. He was getting older. Devon wasn't stupid and he knew that somehow his new found speed was related to his rapid aging. At first though he thought if he took it easy it would stop. But his age was creeping up on him little by little, and day by day getting worse and worse until he was literally aging by the second everytime he used his powers. Devon knew that he had to make a choice. Eventually his family and friends would start noticing his rapid aging and he would have to come clean. Or he could just stop using his abilities.

Devon's responsibility wouldn't let him turn his back on the crime tearing this city apart so he made the ultimate sacrifice. He faked his death and modeled his costume to obscure his entire body. From now on he would dedicate himself to 1) Ridding North River of crime and 2) Finding a cure for his worsening condition.

In this reality everything played out pretty much the way it did in ours. Devon was a huge Blaque Stallion fan who's father had deserted his family which forced him to move to North River where he met Ron Jackson (Blaque Stallion II). The two would become extremely close and when Ron disappeared while on a mission, Devon went to investigate his home, came across the speed armor and would race to the scene to help Ron. Unfortunately Ron didn't come out of this mission alive. Devon had a hard time following the tracer and by the time he made it to the warehouse where Dr. Freon held Ron captive, Ron had been drained dry of all of his kinetic speed energy. Furious, Devon used the speed armor to beat and bring every last thug in the warehouse to justice. One more thing rang true in this reality as well as ours. The armor exploded at the end of the fight and Devon was thrown into a coma. When he awoke several weeks later the media was waiting for him. They all wanted to know the story of the kid who had single handedly taken down Blaque Stallion's most powerful enemy and what happened in the last few hours of Blaque Stallion II's life.

Devon being a young kid milked it for all he could. He did every television appearance he could and even starred in a TV movie about the incident. Devon had become huge. And on top of that the accident had given him speed powers as well. Unfortunately Joe Luciano saw Devon as a threat to his empire and as a warning (or threat) blew up his home with his family inside of it. The police however were able to bring the thugs to justice but Joe Luciano had so much power that they were out on bail within hours. Devon was not going to stand for this.

Devon had the power so he figured why couldn't he make sure they had to stand trial for their crimes. Devon shook down everyone he could until he found the murderers. But while before he wanted to bring them to justice, just being around everyone of the scumbags he had to shake down while searching for these killers just made him want to eliminate them. So he did.

In this reality Ron Jackson, the second Blaque Stallion had died earlier than he had in our reality and left Devon without the necessary experience he would need to carry on the fight without him. Devon however felt an obligation to Ron to continue his legacy and donned the Blaque Stallion costume without totally being prepared for it.

He didn't do too bad at first. He worked hard and tried his best and he managed to take down a lot of the small time hoods and thugs. In fact he was doing quite well. That is until he had to go up against some of Ron's old rogues gallery. Most of the rogues were none to pleased with the idea of this upstart taking the old Stallion's place and trying to take them out so they hatched a plan to permanently take Devon out of action. Working together they lured Devon into a trap and brutally beat him.

Devon's arms and legs were crushed and his face beaten beyond recognition. He was then folded into a pretzel and thrown onto the steps of City Hall. The government retrieved what was left of him and after plastic surgery to (sort of) repair his face, Devon at the behest of the government underwent several surgical procedures that bonded cyborg limbs to his body. The project was spearheaded by Rebecca Charles of Omega Corp and she was able to augment the cybernetic limbs so that they could process the speed energy generated by Devon's body.

Devon then trained long and hard at working with his new cyborg limbs and when he felt he was ready, he worked several more months at it. Devon honed himself into an amazing soldier and then went on to defeat his enemies and throw them all into prison for what they did to him and the city. Now he has but two things to live for. Taking down rogues and protecting his city. He is however cursed to live the rest of his life as a cyborg.

Instead of using his speed powers to fight crime or do something constructive Devon saw an opportunity of a lifetime. After the accident that gave him super speed, Devon decided to use it to become rich and famous.

Instead of going out and fighting crime every day with Blaque Stallion he focused on becoming an unbeatable high school track star, polishing his image and style, and becoming a ladies man. Devon wasn't going to be a nobody and he wasn't going to hide behind a mask either.

He then went on to compete at the collegiate level and won all of the awards and honors given to the best track stars. That was when he began to build up his empire by doing tons of endorsements. When Ron Jackson died in combat, Devon rechristened himself the Stallion in "Honor" of Ron and he used the name to make himself even bigger. It wasn't long before Devon had a best selling shoe known as Stallions, a rap cd by the name of Blaque is Better, several movie deals, and an olympic gold medal. He was living large and in charge but of course nothing lasts forever.

It was finally discovered that Devon had super speed during the 2008 Summer Olympics. A mad man with a bomb had arrived on the scene and claimed he was going to set it off unless he received One Billion Dollars. Devon weighed all of his options after hearing this, which included selfishly escaping and leaving the rest of the athletes, reporters and patrons to their fates. He instead decided to disarm the mad man at super speed. He was not counting on a reporter getting an extremely lucky, one in a million, shot of him in mid-grab of the remote control. He was exposed as a fraud and lost all of his medals and endorsements. Disgraced and with no other options besides retirement he did just that. That is until he was contacted by a special U.S. Military strike force that told him he could be great again if he helped them. He accepted and serves to this day as a spy for the government. Little does he know that the government engineered his downfall in the first place.

In this reality through a powerful spell cast by Coldfire, the world has forgotten who the Blaque Stallion is, and Devon has forgotten how to access his powers. He now wanders the streets of North River trying to convince people otherwise. Most of his friends have written him off as a loon and his family no longer keeps in contact with him. He lost his girlfriend, his job and his life. In fact the only thing that keeps him going is the hope that his powers might someday return so that he can prove everyone wrong.

In this reality having never met Ron Jackson and thus having never recieved his kinetic speed powers, Devon never became Kid Colt. Instead due to his strong feelings about right and wrong and helping others he became a police officer on the North River City Police Force. He is one of the most dedicated officers on the force and this dedication has gotten him countless promotions. In fact he is currently one of four officers on the force in line for a promotion to detective.

In this reality the world has been taken over by zombies. Before the zombie epidemic completely hit, Ron Jackson and Rebecca Charles began work on a serum that would stave off the hunger and prevent further degeneration of cells in hopes to slow down the zombie changing process and give them time to create a more concrete cure. However Blaque Stallion III came to the lab one night after being turned and killed both Rebecca and Ron.

Afterwards he began to think straight again and realized what he had done. Overcome with guilt he strongly considered finding some way to destroy himself until he caught a glimpse of what Rebecca and Ron had been working on. Following the notes he constructed a formula and ingested it. Because of that Devon is one of the few that is still in phase one. Staving off the zombie progression with the special serum he has concocted, he is currently helping to protect the remaining human populace with the remaining phase one zombie members of White Dynasty and Premiere Justice as well as working on a permanent cure.
