Art Donner joined the Air Force immediately after graduating high school. Eager to escape his abusive father and drug addicted mother he saw the Air Force as a perfect way to get away from it all and advance in life. Art graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with honors with an advanced degree in aerospace engineering and promptly joined the Air Force. Flying out in his first mission during the Gulf War, he quickly grew to be respected as one of the best pilots/engineers the USAF had to offer. This led to him being recruited over the next fifteen years in some of the more covert missions available. Unfortunately his service and dedication to his country allowed him little time to develop any lasting relationships outside of the Air Force. This would later work to his advantage.
Two years ago Art was asked to be the lead engineer and pilot on an experimental battle suit that was supposed to be the first of many that would end up revolutionizing aerial combat and national defense. The project was called A.E.G.I.S. (as it was created for the most part to be a defense against the growing super-human population. A year after the project began development a working prototype was available. A year after extensive field testing and training Art Donner became Aegis. The very first completely (publicly) government built and sponsored super hero. As mentioned earlier the Aegis armor was to be the first of many suits designed for aerial defense and combat but the suit simply proved to be far too expensive to duplicate. Even regular maintenance, system support specialists and repairs cost a pretty penny and while it would be a great advantage to have a fleet of Aegis armors, Art Donner appears to be doing just fine protecting the country's interest on his own.

First Appearance: Flaming Grace #1 (One-Shot)
Before becoming the mystic hero known as Flaming Grace, Grace was a regular college student dabbling in the mystic arts as a hobby. One night while at an occult gathering in the Paragon Museum of Supernatural History, Grace got separated from the rest of the students. She came across a magic talisman called the Firebrand rumored to have been used by the hero of the same name back in the 40s. When Firebrand was killed in action, her body disappeared leaving behind only the talisman in it's place. The talisman never worked for anyone else so the object was put on display as a testament to Firebrand's bravery and mystical prowess. Grace felt herself drawn to the object and as a result removed the powerful object from it's casing. She then found herself transformed beyond her wildest dreams. She now fights in Paragon City hoping to rid it of the Circle of Thorns and others who would abuse the mystical arts. Recently after teaming up with several other heroes to thwart an alien invasion, the heroes decided they could do a lot of good as a team and became Premiere Justice.
Metahuman Powers: Due to the Firebrand, Grace can manipulate and generate flame of various intensities. In fact because of the mystical nature of her powers her flame is much more potent than normal fire. Grace can direct this flame as a blast of superheated plasma or manipulate it into various shapes and effects such as a flame sword (which she frequently uses) or an actual rain of fire. Grace can also use her flame to fly. The mystical fire cannot be extinguished by normal water or ice.
Other Special Skills & Abilities: Amateur knowledge of mystical arts.
Special Limitations: Water and Ice of a mystical nature is the only thing that can effect the powerful mystical flame of the Firebrand.
Notable Equipment: Mystical Talisman known as The Firebrand. Item allows the user to manipulate and generate flame at will.

Other Aliases: Hype, Hyper, Nova
Occupation: High School Student
Legal Status: U.S. Citizen with no criminal record
Place of Birth: Paragon City, Rhode Island
Base of Operations: Paragon City, Rhode Island
Marital Status: Single
Height: 6'
Weight: 178 lbs.
Build: Athletic
Eyes: Brown Hair: Black
Known Relatives: Samuel Wade (father), Theresa Wade (mother), John Wade (older brother)
First Appearance: Hypernova 00 Limited Series #1 of 5 (May, 2006)
Jason Wade recieved his powers months ago when his school was invaded by Dr. Vahzilok and his zombie hordes. Jason took a crossbow arrow trying to save his one true love's life and died. But at the exact moment Yaseph Tora, Hypernova Squadron Leader pursued by the evil Tarox after they mercilessly destroyed his homeworld of Kheldoran, sent his power, awareness and abilities into Jason before he himself perished. Unfortunately his essence was somehow crosswired and Tora died inside of Jason's mind after mending his broken body. Although Jason was revived he was sent into a deep coma. Jay finally awakened weeks later when the Tarox were attacking the Earth trying to find the new champion Tora had appointed. Jason's hospital gown changed into a strange uniform and Yaseph's fading battle experience sent Jay into action as he took the fight to the Tarox full on and sent them running with their tails between ther legs. He now possesses the uniform, abilities and high rank of the Kheldoran Squadron of Hypernova's, 00. He uses them as the Protector of the Earth and as a member of Premiere Justice
Metahuman Powers: Due to melding with the deceased Kheldoranian, Yaseph Tora, Jason has a number of abilities at his disposal. He now possesses amazing strength, flight, speed and above average durability as well as the ability to expel and shape solid light. He can also shape the light into shields of varying durability. Hypernova 00 like all other Hypernova squadron members and Kheldoranians for that matter travels on the electrons in the air making him much faster than other fliers. This is also a natural ability for them so they are much more adept at it than anyone else. By transforming into pure light he has the ability to fly at even faster speeds then before, and fire off amazingly powerful beams of solid light that eclipse the power of his human form. He also has the ability to shape solid light around himself and create battle armor that is extremely durable, unfortunately due to the great amount of concentration and energy needed he cannot fly. He still is extremely dangerous as he has a greater amount of durability, resistance to psionics and the ability to teleport, heal himself and still attack but not with the same strength or regularity as his light energy form and human form.
Other Special Skills & Abilities: Besides his obvious Kheldoranian abilities, Jason is naturally adept at computer sciences but due to this being his estranged father's field he has purposely allowed his skills to lapse. Beyond that he possesses an large amount of knowledge of the heroes operating in Paragon. Especially the younger and street level ones.
Special Limitations: Jason's Kheldoranian forms have different levels of defense, attack speeds and damage. While his pure energy form is extremely proficient when it comes to damage, maneuverability, and speed it suffers from a complete and total lack of defense. And while his solid light shield form can hold up to the best of attacks it is extremely slow, lacks maneuverability (except when teleporting), and cannot fly. Other than that subject appears to be a classic underachiever. He lacks any real motivation beyond crime fighting and that could be a problem for him in the future.
Notable Equipment: Kheldoran Hypernova Squadron standard issue uniform. Made of unidentified materials that are highly resistant to damage, including outer space and conforms to whatever shape the user might take. The costume is also airtight. The helmet contains advanced circuitry which enables Hypernova 00 to monitor radio transmissions, and allows him the use of telescopic sights, night vision sensors, and heat imaging sensors. The helmet also includes a malleable Kheldoran alloy which can be lowered to cover the face by cybernetic command making it airtight; the helmet is connected to an oxygen supply concealed within the uniform which can last up to 8 hours. The helmet can also record and store audio files which can be accessed later by the helmet's wearer. If the helmet is taken off or knocked off Jason can access all features using his costume's gauntlets. The uniform has a stealth/camouflage capability which allows Jason to change its appearance cybernetically as well as a healing function which can be used to heal damage done to Jason's body. Jason can transform into his Hypernova Squadron uniform at will.
Real Name: James Mace (Changed from Mason James)
Real Name: Lindsay Powers
Other Special Skills & Abilities: Lukas had years of experience as a special ops agent prior to becoming Rush Hour.
Special Limitations: The hour long time limit proved at times to be a foil for Rush Hour, sometimes losing power just when he needed it the most. While another pill could reinvigorate him it takes a few seconds for the speed to take hold, seconds that he won't always have especially when facing another speedster.
Notable Equipment: Lukas' suit is based on designs borrowed from Ron Jackson's High Velocity Super Suit but modified for covert operations. Blaque Stallion III's Covert Operations Gear borrows some design cues from it as well.
